"He was my friend" 12"x16" Acrylic on canvas. Nov 2021. This painting really got me excited. I finally figured out a technique for long fur that I was happy with. Since then, I feel I've done pieces that weren't as good, so this one was a bit of a fluke. Sort of punching above my weight at the time. Even at 25+ paintings, it's still one of my favorite pieces.
